Return policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unworn clothing (all tags suppose to be attached) for a refund, exchange or store credit subject to the terms below:
Returns received within 14 days of the receipt date are eligible for a refund. You may return unworn items for an exchange or store credit at any time but no longer then one month from day of purchase.
Shipping charges (if any) and gift wrap charges (if any) are not refundable.
All sales of closeout merchandise are final and no returns will be accepted, so please be sure you choose the correct size and color when purchasing closeout items. These items are clearly marked "closeout" on the product page, the shopping cart page, your email confirmation and on your packing slip.
For the health and safety of our customers, no returns of worn items will be accepted. We define worn as an item left on longer than is necessary to determine if it fits.
Return/exchange instructions
Important: If you would like to make an exchange, please consider placing a new order online for the items you wish and returning the items in your original order for a refund. You will receive the new items faster and if you were eligible for free Standard shipping or delivery you will be eligible for the same free of charge method of delivery again.
Step 1
Carefully package the unworn items to be returned and enclose instructions indicating if you want a refund or an exchange. If you want an exchange, be sure to indicate which item(s) you would like. To ensure we are able to process your return, enclose one of the following:
1. A copy of your original packing slip,
or
2. A copy of your order confirmation email.
Step 2
Ship the package to the address shown on your receipt.
You are responsible for return postage and for insuring your package to guard against loss or damage. (If you are returning a defective item or an item you were shipped in error, please contact us before returning anything. We might be able to save you any further inconvenience.)
If personal delivery has been chosen as the previous method of delivery and you are intend to exchange items, give us a call or e-mail and we will appoint time for delivery and exchange. In case if you intend return only for any reason except above mentioned cases (defective items or shipped by error) please use shipping as only form of return.
Step 3
We generally process returns once per week, on Friday.
If you request a refund:We'll issue a cheque payable to you (please indicate your full name in request form) and we will send you an email confirmation. The amount of refund includes amount paid for lingerie only. Shipping charges and gift wrapping charges are not refundable.
If your return is received after the refund period has expired, a store credit will be issued good towards a future purchase at Amaya Lingerie.
If you request an exchange:We don't normally charge for shipping if the same style is being exchanged for a different size, but other exchanges are subject to our standard shipping fee (but are also eligible for any shipping discounts currently in effect).
If there is a balance due you, we'll send you a refund check, depending on how you originally paid for your purchase. If there is a balance owed Amaya Lingerie, you can enclose a crossed cheque (payable in SGD to "Amaya Lingerie LLP"). We will send you an email confirmation when your exchange is shipped
